We are offering the Meditation Course beginning:

  • Thursday, January 26 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Sunday, January 29 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

The 8 Week Proven Steps to Meditation Course, will guide you through Three Basic Stages of learning meditation:

  1. Let everything become still and silent.
  2. Concentrate on one thing without forgetting what you are doing.
  3. Visualize a scene, and hold that image without reacting to it, or being distracted.

Master these three steps, and you will know how to meditate on anything, to get information that your senses and your mind cannot access.

Each week will offer a short teaching followed by meditation and Q&A.  Each participant will keep a Spiritual Diary for personal development.
