Meditation Workshop

Overall, this is a ‘silent’ experience for attendees. The instructions from the guide will be brief and based on the meditation course. Itinerary:

  1. Review Stage One of Meditation (relaxation, still, silent)

  2. Meditation

  3. Break (in silence)

  4. Review Stages Two and Three of Meditation (concentration and visualization)

  5. Retrospection Meditation

Afterwards there will be time for tea and conversation.

Sophia is providing this as an opportunity for participants of the Meditation Course to practice what they are learning with minimal interruptions.
